Cannot upgrade Android version from 13

Hi all

My phone android version is 13 from about 2 years, not any android updates i received yet, knowing that my phone model name is SM-A546E/DS.

I hope any help to solve this issue for upgrade it to android 15.

Please notice that he sent 2 different screenshots from 2 different sections (so he might send the wrong one, or he will send both)

First, you need to upgrade to one ui 6, you cannot upgrade 2 or more versions straight up
Also, Samsung A54 didn't receive the one ui 7 in Israel as of today
Also, you need to have the ILO version in case the one ui 7 update will be out for Israel
I don't know how to explain how to check it, but if you want, I can search a guild for you

I've checked till now about upgrade to One ui 6, but "you up to date" message occured!.
How can i upgrade one ui from 5 to 6?.
