Some of App not installed in my region

Sir please help me as soon as possible. I want to be install NAFTH app in ksa but the msg is popup 

"This app can't installed in this region" 

Pls helo me what is the issue

Do you mean Nafath app? Did you buy your phone from KSA?

Why ? 

Type Nafath apk in the Samsung internet - get into apk combo or apk20 and click download
