My phone is galaxy s7 edge ...when I use my phone it stop working doesn't make me do any thing it just the screen stopped and it close by it self many times please tell me what's the problem and how can I fix it ??😭💔

i have just factory reset my phone today i had the same problem and nothing worked well for me expect the factory reset. good luck 🤗
