Thank you for your enthusiasm regarding the update. Please note that the update for the S24 Ultra will begin rolling out starting from April 13.

Updates are released gradually, and once the update is available for your device, you will receive a notification. You can also manually check for the update by going to:
Settings > Software update > Download and install

You can also update your device using the Smart Switch application.
You’ll need to install Smart Switch on both your PC and your mobile device.

To download the app for your phone:
Google Play Store – Smart Switch

To download the program for your PC:
Samsung Smart Switch – PC

Steps to update via Smart Switch:

Step 1: Connect your device to your computer using the USB cable provided with your phone. Then, open Smart Switch on your computer.
Step 2: If a software update is available, Smart Switch may automatically prompt you to update or show an option to do so.
Step 3: Click Update, and follow the on-screen instructions to download the necessary files.
Step 4: Click OK to proceed. Your device will update during this process.
