I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding the apparent lack of attention given to customers in Arab countries. It is disheartening to observe the delayed release of the One UI 7 update in our region.
This delay suggests that Samsung does not prioritize its Arab-speaking customer base. We, too, value the latest software and features, and it is frustrating to feel that our needs are not being considered on par with other regions.
We hope that Samsung will reconsider its approach and demonstrate a greater commitment to its customers in Arab countries by ensuring timely updates and acknowledging our importance as a market. Our feedback and experiences should be valued and taken into account.
