I flashed my s10+(rooted) but I deleted the root then and concequantly, the knox warranty is tipped.

the phone status is official now, will I recieve the android 11 update?

unfortunately since you have rooted your phone you will no longer receive the official updates unless you refer to the nearest authorized service center in your country
