You should've backed up your photos via cloud service such as Google drive or one Drive
Samsung cloud has temporarily service so you can take unlimited back up date for up to 30 days
To restore back up from Google drive go into Settings - account and backup restore
Samsung cloud unlimited: Settings - general management - reset - temporarily Samsung cloud
One drive - Samsung gallery app - Settings - one Drive - restore
Last place Google photos app
