Network unlock

I purchased an S24 phone from India last week. Now I'm in Saudi Arabia. When I inserted a Saudi SIM, it asked for a network unlock number. The phone is factory unlocked—I checked it with the IMEI number. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Did you used in india with indian sim?
