No, it's not. It got the November security update with One Ui 5 a few days ago. Which version do you have? + provide a screenshot

Something wrong! Did you buy your phone from Saudi Arabia? If you have a PC/Laptop, try to download Smart switch app, plug your phone in, and search for updates
