Based on your question, I ask your permission to follow the following steps:
Have you tried another USB charger from the device or
Is the battery original or not
Is there any problem or breakage in the charging socket
Is there a problem with the charger used
Is there any swelling in the battery
Make sure that the charger is original
If you are still facing the same issue we recommend that you perform a factory data reset to resolve this issue using the steps below:-
Launch the Settings app and tap General management → Reset → Factory data reset →
RESET → DELETE ALL.
Ensure all user data is backed up using smart switch
from the link below and then use the backup tool to create a data backup
