Dear Sir/Madam, I bought my Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra 16 GB/1TB two months ago (from Samsung store in Verdun Beirut for USD $1,395 not to mention a $45 for the fast charger and earphones. I did this after doing a thorough research that included reading published articles and literature in addition to YouTube reviews. All of which explained how Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra will be getting four Android OS upgrades in addition to five years of security updates. I'm discovering now that I have been cheated on and lied to or at least none of it is true. Android 14 One UI 6 has been available globally for over a month now which obviously has reached my tablet so far. I have been patient enough to wait this long before opening my mouth. But I cannot take it anymore. Please advise. If I do not get the promised upgrades, I request a full refund of my money or a replacement with a better device.
Well overdue Android 14 Updates has taken way too long to be released on my Galaxy tab ultra (16 MB/1 TB) and I'm not happy.. actually I'm dissatisfied.. Android 14 has been released for over a month now .. I don’t like this at all.. I'm learning my lessons the hard way.. thank you for teaching me how to shop smarter in the future..
