Samsung used to be my favorite all the time. I used to defend it whenever anyone comes and tell me he/she has better phone. It was the first and the last mobile company I'll be using. Sadly, I'm disappointed. First is, I never knew we will get only two major firmware upgrades (11 & 12) and I don't blame samsung for not highlighting that in their mobile boxes. Second is, my device had a lot of missing features which I had to keep reporting until this moment. Third, I can't exchange this 8gb ram with the snapdragon, crazy features and get another one from the official website using the Trade-in page. The only way to replace this device is to sell it at half price if you got someone to fool, and pay a lot of money for another one. This is how Samsung make more money. Now, I decided to go for iPhone I don't care spending 3k USD, at least you can walk into their store with your head up, they evaluate the device and make you pay some reasonable amount to get a better one or the latest. Sorry samsung, it's not your fault that I just found out that I was a victim, It's just us, those who can't afford to throw thier mobiles and keep paying a lot of money for the latest ones.
I'm sorry for your bad luck with Samsung but I need to inform you that Samsung m51 isn't flagship mobile that's mean you will never get the features for "S" series M51 is an economical solution to give you better quality for a small cash . I have m51 since 2021 until now , The only problem I faced is the connection of wifi is toooo short. Anything else are good. Thanks again
