is there any one here received there order after 17th? I order online and the status is still processing. And they saying the same thing over and over without giving any concrete promise. I should order my S23 on my home country as they are now starting shipping.

I already doing that.call, email and chat.it seems there is no coordination between them.no one can give me explanation.what is the use for putting date of shipping and estimated to be receive.samsung company is big.but it seems that the people on this people in this region they hire are incompetent.

Download the imile app and register your account with your phone number from which you requested on the site, if there is a shipment waiting or under delivery, make sure that the request will reach you within two days and then contact the shipping company. If you do not find any number, contact Samsung

i do that option to check just maybe there is was. i have only transaction from from previous order that Imiles do the delivery.

I already doing those move since 17th.email and call their support, chat that i find both confusing and unhelpful.so that why i created this post to check if they have the same status that i do have

I think the reason for the delay is that you ordered an additional product with the device according to the attached picture from you, and it seems that this product is no longer available, so they stopped the entire shipment until it is available. Unfortunately, this confusion that Samsung makes when ordering several products

the product i only add is the protective case which is also a pre order.if that is the case. at least samsung should inform their costumer for the reason of delay.don't just be quiet and let their costumer just guest. This is not how to satisfy your costumer feedback and not how large korean company do their business

No until now i didn't recieve my phone aswell ... i have ordered it on 11feb
I ordered accessoies since 2 days ago and i received them today ! This is really unacceptable
