You cannot wakeup bixby anymore by saying *hi bixby* as i noticed.

yes it's work fine.try to reset your voice password,this will help to recognize your voice again

I think you must go to Bixby by pressing the Bixby button, then to its settings and enable hi Bixby again.

hello try this:
* press bixby button
* go the the menu (three dots on the upper right screen)
* click on settings
* swipe down and click (Voice Wake-up)
* register your voice again by saying Hi Bixby ...
* try to wakeup bixby
