Samsung Galaxy S8/S8 Plus update tracker (Update: Oreo rollout has begun)

Update (02/08): Android Oreo is officially rolling out to the Samsung Galaxy S8 series. The news arrives via SamMobile, which says that the update was first spotted for the S8 Plus in Germany, weighing in at 487 MB.
The update brings the device up to firmware version G955XXU1CRAP and includes the February 2018 security patches. It’s also believed to be hitting the Galaxy S8 (these updates tend to roll out simultaneously), though SamMobile says Samsung beta testers will be first in line to receive it.
