Bluetooth issues in s24 ultra

After installing xiaomi earbuds app and pairing with it, my car handsfree keeps connections of phone although the call ends. Any suggestions why?

It is either to double connection between ur ear buds and ur car Bluetooth
You have 2 chose car Bluetooth 4 only calls
