If you are from inside Egypt, please note that the latest update for your model so far is Android 13 and it was already received in February of 2023.
Please activate automatic updating so that you can receive immediate updates for its release through the following steps:
Settings - About phone - Software update - Automatic update
If it is a device from outside Egypt, please note that the software may be missing. Please go to the nearest maintenance center to be able to check the device and find out whether the software is available for it yet or not.
