Rear camera whiteness problem in J600F

I am looking the Rear camera whiteness problem in J600F all models in Saudia, Pakistan & India. When someone person sees on camera in the condition of the flashlight on then camera applying over whiteness on the picture.
I am a software technician. I am sure it's a software problem. I complainex In Pakistan And Saudi Arabia Service center but isue not Resolved. RJ2 & RK1 firmware have Same Isue.
