I have A7 2018 and finally get Pie update But after update i faced a lot of connectivity issue specially on 4G 1- before update i was connected via 4G normally from my home and after update there is no way to connect via 4G and the connection now is too bad and when i going out my home and my location the service working normally and that not usal as i have another A7 device with my wife and she didn't face that problem before update her softwareand after she update her device she now face the same problem the same. And that make me sure that the issue from update not from my connection as the connection apear 4G and when i try to connect give error and when i forced my mobile to 3G the internet going normal throw 3G connection 2- I contacted you before due to the same complain and you tell me to try make factory data reset and i do it and the problem still exist i'm sure that is software issue kindly tell me how i deal with that issue
