Touch problem

A71 mobile software updated but mobile have same touch problem during imo calling . Everything is very well but during imo calling mobile ,c,v,b and hash key area touchbnot working until mobile and unlock .

This device manufactured in India. But all other vitname manufactured device have no issue .

kindly check the following steps : from the device settings-display-enable touch sensitivity and disable accidental touch protection

 Perform Interactive checks through the Samsung Members app (Samsung Members> Get Help> Interactive checks->touch ).

check your device in the safe mode

I check it all every thing is OK. But touch problem occurs only when using imo apps and still until lock unlock the device and this device not friendly with imo apps . I don't know what's happening with this device.

If the touch problem happens only with singel app
Then definitely it is not a screen issue
You might have to reinstall IMO
Or wait for updates

Yes it's only with all imo apps and just today mobile software updated and imo apps also many time updated but touch problem occurs when use imo apps only . Thanks to assisted me . Let's wait for imo apps updates
