The Headphone is not working during the call in Galaxy A71 5G

Assalamo Alaikum,

 Can anyone suggest me that how will solve headphone connectivity during the call because when I plugged in the headphone doesn't work properly and there is another type of sound in the background but when I connect with Bluetooth Headphone works properly.

Did you try to use with other phones ?


You can test your wired headphones through Samsung Members app > Get help > Dignotsics > Wired headphones.
