Samsung Galaxy A72 one UI 7 update not available

I don't know why it didn't download I don't know why the new update wasn't downloaded to my phone, it's 72. I found it for a 73 phone, and I don't think my phone is new either. I mean modern, not old. I hope you address the issue because I want that version, and it's not just me, there are many. If anyone knows any information about this, please tell me. I hope Samsung sees my comment because I want that version, please.

Unfortunately, Samsung's update support for the A72 phone has ended, so unfortunately, the update will not reach it.
