Ringtone Failure

Hey Fam, why does my galaxy A15 SecSound Picker keeps on stopping can someone help me out with any knowledge on how to fix it

Hi 

Settings  - apps - three lines right side - show system apps - look for  secsound picker - force stop the app - and clear data & cache through storage option 

If it didn't work , you can disable it & download third-party apps through Google play store
