I see SAMSUNG that you have many people complaining about the A30 back camera not focusing. you give no results and no help.(and don't suggest clearing the cache or any of the other suggestions, we all have done them) this issue did not begin till you did your January update. so, this makes it YOUR fault! I see many comments asking for help to no avail from your staff.. no help has come at all. when will you fix this issue? as i need to have my camera for QR codes and you have stopped me from doing my work. are you going to resolves this or shall i go to another company to get a operating camera?

we do really apologize for the problem that you face Please follow the following steps
please follow these steps
1- Go to the camera
2- Then go to settings
3_ We do a reset of the camera settings
In the event that the problem persists
Please perform a factory reset of the device using the following steps:
- settings
-Public Administration
- Reset
Factory data reset
-Reset
-clear all
And your permission
Before starting this step, please copy the phone data. It can be stored through the following link for the program

If the problem still persists
