Simply, uninstall it for all users, then reinstall

What do you mean by users? That's the only phone i logged into with this gmail.

Does your phone support the secure folder ?

Yes, and i uninstalled it there

Now, you have 3 options:
1: Delete your google account, then clear data for (Google Play, Google Services, and Google Play Services Framework).

2: Wipe cache partition from the recovery mode.

3: If the error is still there, try Factory reset.
