Your phone If it's supports this feature then should normally connect to both devices without any settings

If not probably it's not supported

Yes you can ,go to settings >connection >Bluetooth > turn on and pair mode on your Bluetooth speaker 🔊
And then scroll down tap to media input and mark both of devices
