I ask you to do the following steps:
1- Open Settings
2- The screen
3- Activate touch sensitivity
4- Eliminate accidental touching
Then restart the device and run a new fingerprint
Then do the device's fingerprint test
1- Dial *#0*#
2- We choose the word sensor
3- Select finger print
4- Click on normal test
We leave it to scan. If you see the word pass, then the problem is solved
And for the slow movement of the device

Ensure that there is no problem with the charger, battery or screen
Ensure that the device's powers are not revoked through settings
Close applications in the background
Ensure that there is enough space
Ensure that the device is updated to the latest version
