Galaxy A24 Bluetooth issue with Samsung Buds

There's something wrong with this phone Bluetooth software

When I play music on my Samsung buds, only one ear is active, when I wear both only right one works, and if I put it in the case, left one works

Also if I pair the phone to car Bluetooth, if I receive a call I can't hear the caller unless I switch from Bluetooth to phone then back to Bluetooth

Please fix this phone's Bluetooth software
