Forgot The Security Pattern and PIN Code

Hello, I have Samsung A10 mobile phone and forget the security pattern & PIN code however i tried to do a hardware reset with no luck.

Any help please

في البدايه بعتذرلك جدا علي المشكله اللي واجهتك

بناءا علي سؤالك بالنسبة لمشكلة نسيان الباسورد

يمكن استرجاعة في حالة وجود حساب سامسونج و يكون الجهاز متوصل بانترنت 

تقدر حضرتك تدخل علي الاكونت و يتم تغير كلمة المرور من خلال Samsung dive

 نتمنى حل المشكلة فى أسرع وقت

hi at the first i have Samsung 20s plus and im Forgot pattern what can I do to reset and change my password please help
