Disclaimer: I am aware many users are having a smooth experience with oneui6 but it should be noted it varies from region to region due to different software variants. I think instead of making multiple posts we could discuss them here and report to samsung members.
I am on the unlocked variant SM-A546E/DS, UAE CSC
This is a pretty long thread haha..
Issues:
1. >>> Gestures.
Near non-existent gesture animations (totally ruined gestures). OneUI5.1 used to have buttery smooth gesture navigations and you could flick across apps with ease.
For example, when swiping up a little bit and sliding to the right without releasing, you could move back to the previous app. On oneui6 you have to exclusively do this at the bottom of the screen.

ONE UI 5.1
(forgot to switch on visible taps, sorry) The gestures feel veryy smooth and the transitioning between two apps is very clean. They have rounded corners and have a neat animation (when you swipeup, hold and move around) where one window becomes smaller and another becomes slightly larger. You can also easily flick between apps and not have to do it exclusively at the bottom area.
ONE UI 6
Here, the animations are a bit weird as you can see when pulling the app up from the bar. They have zero rounded corners, no animation and feel like two rectangular pictures that move around. Feels absolutely generic. It feels stuttery and trying to flick between apps is totally horrible.
#2 >>> Camera.
They just borked this amazing camera by making HDR go absolutely wild and now the images are very saturated/orangish. They don't look natural AT ALL. I was very impressed by the camera when I bought it, now it seems they have gone reverse gear.

4. >>> Visual Bugs.
Lots of visual bugs and padding issues which were already covered by the community here.
3. >>> Microphone.
The microphone doesn't work first try in many apps. Like if you're trying to record a voice note, on the first attempt the mic doesnt pick up any sound. You have to cancel and redo it.
andd plus, when you are on the QuickMenu and you hold any icon for more details, you cannot swipe up to exit to home..
