Hi.

I am facing issue. About my Samsung galaxy a71 4g mobile phone . I can't change setting for biometric. Sensor is working good. But unable to use it for screen lock.

Yes. Fingerprint. I can register and delete finger print . But can't use for screen lock

This problem is common and widespread in many devices recently. It seems that the bug is in the latest update. Do not worry, my friend. It will be resolved in the next update.

Thanx bro. My sensor is ok. Touch panel is ok. I have checked in diagnostic test. But only not working here.
Whin I double tap. There is msg.
"You are not allowed to perform this action. Plz Contact your it dept

Remember don't update on your any phone, If this update last for your phone. You can upgrade android version but don't update security software version . Bcz in the final update , I think samsung lock your performance and then your device running slow.
I used many samsung phones,,, and I feel that.
