I have read the Samsung community forum post you linked to. It seems that there is no official announcement from Samsung yet on when the Galaxy A34 will receive the Android 14 update. However, some users in the forum are reporting that they have received beta updates for Android 14 on their Galaxy A34 devices.

Based on this information, it is likely that the Galaxy A34 will receive the official Android 14 update sometime in late 2023 or early 2024.
