نشكر لك تواصلك مع سامسونج المشرق العربي
نرجو منك محاولة الذهاب الى الضبط ثم الاداره العامه ثم اعادة الضبط حيث سيقوم ذلك باعادة ضبط اعدادات الجهاز بدون حذف اي بيانات
