Hi, few months ago after a regular update, I started facing problems with my galaxy note9 sound specially the calling speaker as the sound is either very low or with high distortion ... this actually comes and goes and some times it's commonly coming when the phone is warm (maybe lots of apps runningin the background)
I factory reset the mobile twice but still this comes back... sometimes turning the dolby atmos off and on again fix it for a while...
So did anyone faced similar thing and could you please help...
hi... if you mean Bluetooth headset or even wired one... I did and no problems at all... the distortion happens through the phone call internal headphone and speakers ... even the ringing and alarm sound got distortion sometimes
