Hello

I have changed the battery of my note 20ulta after i check the battery status , it is giving me life : weak.

What can i do.

I changed the battery in offcial Samsung service center.

How can I be sure that they really changed it?

Go back to them, if they don't help you, complain to ministry of commerce

The battery status in this app will never be changed whether they replace the battery with a brand new one or not. This is an issue they haven't fixed yet. 

Everything is ok nothing to be worried
