Battery drain due to Cell Standby on Note Fan Edition

I got my phone last week and was on Oreo out of the box, After using for one day noticed that the phone drains the battery without being used and being idle.
After going through the battery usgae detail found that the culprot is cell standy and some time the consumption is more than 60 percent.
While on google found many with the same issue after there update to oreo.
Samsung please sort the issue through an update.

Have you checked your charger is it working and is the charger getting ample current to charge your device ??
If you i'lll ask you to write to Samsung by follwing the steps as am gonna mention below:



Do tick the option send the system logs too. Samsung will reply to you shortly after they receive your report and i hope they will you in fixing your devices battery problem.

update your phone to latest os after that format it.
