السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته 
My note 20 ultra got a new battery but this one only lasts about 5hours from 100% to 0%.
I would like to know if that normal or what because I think this is too short for a new battery and I am an 
average user not the heavy one

Use the device on power saving mode
If the problem persists, please perform a factory reset of the device.
