also make sure to close all the apps after you finish
turn off the WiFi and GPS and the Bluetooth
You can also save battery power by preventing apps that are running in the background from using battery power when they are not being used by following the below steps:
_ Go to Settings
_ Select Device Maintenance
_ Select Battery
_ Select the Preferred Power Saving Level
as you can put unused apps to sleep by going to settings-device care-battery-tap 3 dots -tap on sleeping apps -add the apps you want
