we need to confirm the following please
1. may I confirm if the other devices are connected properly to the same router
2.may I know if the router is in the same room of the TV
3.may I know if you have tried connecting to another network, like your mobile hotspot for example
in order to check if its a service provide issue or from the same TV

اخرىwe kindly recommend you to try to connect your TV to a different wifi network such as your mobile hotspot in order to check if the issue is from your network provider or the TV itself
