smart view issue

It's hard to find my TV with smart view option, some times it takes about 15 minutes to find my TV. TV's name: Samsung 55 inch curved

kindly note that the smart view depends on the internet connection that you have 

kindly try to reset your network settings and try it again

yes I know that sir, but the weird thing is that I can connect my phone to my TV without connecting with internet with both devices. I hope you can fix the problem in the next software update. Thanks for caring

Thanks for respect but I am really sure. I don't know how and why but I think because the both devices are from Samsung, and I have checked software update and both Tv and my phone have the latest version.
