I have issue in whatsapp and Facebook messenger voice notifications sometimes delayed or didn't get tone specially in first message.
I tried to check power mode and make sure to prevent this apps not to go to sleep mode and issue still appears and sometimes I get notification normally but almost in 99%of first message I get this issue
