did anybody samsungs screen recorder get removed?

My j4 i updated it and when i used my game you cant record anymore dose anybody have this problem? I have my game launcher enabled

so its a problem with the new update ._. new update is **bleep** to be honest

yes, i have heat and lag while gaming too.
game launcher acting weird too
