OK so the thing is, whenever I try to send an image or even a voice message, it says "mobile data is turned off. This message will be send when it is turned on" and when I try to send it with mobile data turned on, it doesn't.
I don't know what problem is causing this. Otherwise I am able to send text messages.
Edit: I have also tried the same thing with Google messages app, and it's still not sending the image or even the voice message.
Edit January 1st 2023: I finally found the problem. I'm not using a data package sim card and my carrier doesn't support MMS. There's that. But if both yours and the other person's RCS is enabled, you both can talk thru internet and send media and stuff.
