Samsung j7 prime 2 battery drain fast

Now a day's I face some problem in Samsung j7 prime 2 battery backup. it drain fast.In device maintainence app this show frequently background app start automatically. it cause battery drain fast. what to do now to solution this problem
how to terminate the background app finally and it can't run again.
