should you update it in pie from oreo, one time hard reset should be problem solved. (cause every time you change your version you need reset your device)
no sir... i did not update pie to oreo.... because i don't have computer... infact i was using facebook, suddenly my mobile crashed, and automatic restart... after also does't working, after i restart then my mobile take 15 minutes for restart... i shocked..😨
