I bought TV QLED Q60C 65 inch from Samsung Egypt two weeks ago.
After two days of use, there was a problem of white spots at the bottom of the screen, noticing with the black background.
After referring to Samsung's support for Egypt, the response was that this problem does not affect image quality and that this is not an industry flaw، and the product was refused replacement.

Based on your inquiry regarding the update

1. Picture Test
Menu > Support > Self-Diagnosis > Picture Test.
rest picture
Setting > Picture > Expert Settings > Reset Picture

kindly ask the customer if the line(s) is physical (crack/impact damage) on the screen / panel also if the customer can see it when the TV is turned off

Follow collapsible panel for resolution.
