My language selected is english only but samsung's official apps like this and some other only shows arabic

This app is hit and miss. Samsung needs to review the app and make fundamental changes to it. 

1- Provide in app language support to the Samsung Members app 

2- add option to instantly save image rather than taking a screenshot 

3- support one handed reachability to the Notification page and humberger menu

4 - Add numbers of notifications instead of showing only dots  

5-  The ability to send videos under commets
