I have galaxy M11 mobile and recently I have updated to android 11, UI 3.1 and I noticed the photos and videos I delete in the default gallery app of samsung move to the trash bin of the gallery to be deleted automatically after 30 days but the problem is they aren't deleted after 30 days since the date I delete them and remain in the trash bin forever unless I delete them manually and by the way I store my photos and videos on SD card not internal memory of the mobile

وقد لاحظت ان الصور والفيديوهات التي امسحها وانا داخل تطبيق المعرض الخاص بسامسونج تنتقل الى سلة المهملات الخاصة بالتطبيق لتنتظر هناك ٣٠ يوم حتى يتم مسحها تلقائيا ولكن المشكلة لدي انه لا يتم مسحها حتى بعد ٣٠ يوم من تاريخ مسحها وتظل هناك للابد حتى اقوم بمسحها يدويا وبالمناسبة انا احفظ الصور والفيديوهات على بطاقة ذاكرة خارجية وليس على ذاكرة الهاتف
I think it is obvious. The trash bin doesn't delete the photos and videos automatically as it is supposed to do and I don't want to bother myself deleting them manually

I recommend that you perform a factory data reset to resolve this issue using the steps:- Settings – Backup and reset - Factory data reset. Ensure all user data is backed up using the following methods:- 1. Connect the phone to the PC via USB cable, and then manually copy files from the removable disk to you r PC hard disk drive. 2. Download and install smart switch from the link below and then use the backup tool to create a data backup http://www.samsung.com/eg/support/smartswitch/ 3. Insert an SD card and move files from the device internal memory to the SD card. Kindly note that only Images, Contacts, calendar, videos and Audio files are backed up, all applications and text messages will be erased.
