Hi, everytime I add a fingerprint it tells that it cant be recognized why

what's the type of your device
and anyway if you have ceramic screen protector
or anti spy screen protector y'll find it very hard to recognize your fingerprint
so in case of the ceramic screen protector give it a try it might work
i recommend a glass screen protector

Test the sensor by

Use and update the sensor
In case of changing the screen color
Please make to the device factory reset
Settings - General Administration - Return - Factory data reset - Device reset - All clear
Before switching to this step, please copy the phone data

If the screen color is not changed during the test and the issue still after rest
you can visit us in a nearest service center to help you to solve the issue
