Hello, 
My galaxy fit e is frozen 
How can i restart it 
Does it have a hole for reset or something 
It was working just fine and today i woke up and it was dark and it won't charge too.

dear , kindly press and hold the Side key for more than 7 seconds.

check if there's any software update 

launch the galaxy wearable app on your mobile device and tap home -about band-reset band.before performing the factory data reset ,remember to make back up copies of all the important data stored in the galaxy fit.back up data from galaxy fit through the galaxy wearable app or Samsung cloud.

ensure that you connect the galaxy fit to the wireless charger and connect the wireless charger to the charger properly .

 Dear for Galaxy Fit e kindly check the following steps :

when the battery is completely discharged , your Galaxy fit e will not turn on  

ensure that you connect the Galaxy fit e to the charger and connect the dock to the charger properly 

if your device is frozen and unresponsive,connect the charger for more than 3 seconds to restart it 

if the screen doesn't turn on even if you tap it then launch the Galaxy wearable app on your mobile device , tap home-advanced-screen wake up-double tap 

so the screen turns on when you tap the screen twice 

if the method above do not solve your problem , perform a factory data reset.launch Galaxy wearable app and tap home-about band-reset band. before performing the factory data reset, remember to make back up copies of all important data stored in the galaxy fit e 

and if you still face the same issue after all that then kindly visit the nearest service center in order to check your band

Factory reset the smartphone by means of a hard reset
One of the moderately difficult methods of factory reset is because it is an indirect method and it is preferable to do it in the event that the user cannot access the smartphone settings or was unable to deal with the phone due to a malfunction or viruses that infected the phone, and it can be done by steps.  next:

You have to fully charge the smartphone battery
Then, turn off the smartphone from the shutdown button.
Continuously pressing each of the following buttons: the main menu button, the volume up button, the phone power button, as they continue to be pressed for a period of at least 4 seconds.
After pressing them, a list of restore status will appear.
Choose from it the Factory Reset option where you can navigate through the options with the Volume Up and Down button.
You will see a message that you want to confirm the factory reset option.  Click Confirm.
Then turn on the smartphone again
